My Online Office

Dear Citizens of Scarborough,

With the support of Terry, Olivia and my TD Banknorth colleagues, I am excited to announce that I will be a candidate for the Scarborough Town Council this November.

The past year's sabattical from the Council has provided me with the professional opportunity to balance the demands of commuting to Boston daily and the activities that have been my focus for the past seven years. The fact is... I miss Scarborough deeply, and although I remain a neighbor to many of you - the hands on involvement was rewarding. No matter how challenging the issue the reward was always knowing that we did our best to find working solutions that improved our community.

You’ve had an enormous impact on my life, and I promise you the same committment, the same energy and the same level of effort that I provided during my first seven years of service.

Sincerely, Shawn A Babine
Councilman, 2002 - 2007
